This Designing Tip Is Almost Too Easy!
I’ll be the first to admit that the word “easy” is grossly overused, but this is truly a great ‘easy’ design especially if you were one of the lucky ones to have downloaded our Free Baby Duck Quilt Pattern.
The designs offered here are free for everyone who signed up for our ezine. You can use these images as a template, a quilting stencil for tracing, an applique design, or an easy quilting pattern for those who are savy with computerized quilting. Once downloaded, our digital files are actually for the experienced quilter who is using a computerized system. Any method will be a plus for your design files.
These designs are free with this ezine and once the next ezine is published (hopefully the first of every month) these patterns will no longer be free. However, you can purchase them from our web page Baby Duck Set
To download the 'ZIP' file for our digitized patterns it couldn't be easier. A pop-up box will appear and you should choose 'save' rather than 'open' especially if you do not have a hi-speed connection. Save the zip folder to a place on your hard drive or flash drive, but be sure to make a note of where you have saved it.
The files are offered in the following formats for the computerized quilter.
- Compuquilter - *.cqp file
- HQ ProStitcher or Shirley Stitcher - *.hqf file
- MQR (Machine Quilting Robot) - *.mqr file
- Quilting Solutions Side Saddle - *.ssd file
- PC Quilter - *.txt file
- Cad file - *.dxf file
- Statler Stitcher - *.qli file
